Order Processing

International Shipping

  • We currently ship to select international locations. Shipping rates and delivery times may vary based on the destination.

  • Customs fees, duties, and taxes may be applied by your country’s customs department. LustraVera is not responsible for these additional charges.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the system.

  • If your tracking information has not been updated for several days, please contact our support team for assistance.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • LustraVera is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been marked as delivered.

  • If your package is missing, please check with your local post office or courier service before reaching out to us.

  • If you believe your package was stolen, please file a claim with the courier and notify us so we can assist where possible.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it.

  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations.
